GENERAL
a) These Terms and conditions (T&Cs) incorporate and should be read together with any Vendor’s and/or Agent’s T&Cs or regulations, which you can obtain. Your possession of your membership or event ticket constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
b) Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change.
c) No liquids, gels or lotions are permitted into the event. This includes hand sanitisers and soft drinks / water in sealed containers. Sun cream over 100ml will not be permitted. Perfume and make up will be permitted in containers sized 100ml or less. Glass containers of any size will not be permitted.
d) Any gels or liquids that do not comply will be disposed of by security staff.
e) Do not buy/take tickets or goods from unlawful street traders / touts. There is no guarantee of tickets’ validity for entry unless purchased from the official agent website of TheHangout for the event. Tickets full name must match the membership holders account and I.D.
f) No trading or promotional activities are allowed within the venue without TheHangout’s prior consent in writing.
g) You give your express consent to your actual/ simulated likeness to be included for no fee within any audio or visual recording to be used in any media for any purpose at any time. This includes photography, videography, CCTV, filming by the police or security staff which may be carried out for the security of customers and/or the prevention of crime.
h) Food and drink will be available for purchase at the event. A challenge 21 policy will be in place for all alcohol sales on site.
i) We are operating a no big bag policy and bags larger than A4 sized may not be permitted. Please email for further details.
RESERVATION TERMS
a) Each booking is given a two hour slot. It is free to book however if you cancel your booking within 24 hours of your booking time then you will be charged a cancellation fee which is outlined when you book. You must arrive no later than 15 minutes of your booking time otherwise we will cancel your booking and you will be charged a cancellation fee. Any late arrival will affect your time in your 2 hour 30 min slot so we recommend arriving on time or slightly before your booking time.
b) Amendments to your booking may be made up to 24 hours prior to your booking however we may not be able to accommodate additional guests due to availability. Any reduced numbers after this time will still be subject to the initial agreed number and overall minimum spend of £10 per person.
c) We reserve the right to cancel or amend your booking.
d) The person who makes the booking is responsible for the payment of the entire bill and if you accidentally or deliberately walk out without paying then you agree that we can charge your card.
e) Our slots are for 2 hours 30 mins. If you refuse to leave when we have another reservation waiting then you agree to be charged a fee of £25 per head which is the responsibility of the person who made the reservation.
d) For any guests that would like to bring a birthday cake please be advised that there will be a £15 cake charge per booking.
e) Please remember to bring your photo IDs.
f) A maximum of four male stags allowed per reservation.
COVID MEASURES
a) We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is not abiding by our new covid regulations. Also we will refuse entry to anyone who has travelled from an area which is on lockdown or anyone has a body temperature above normal.
b) Card payments
We accept card payments, however we do limit card transactions to one card payment per table. For groups or larger parties we accept two card payments per group, however we cannot itemise bills in busy time especially Fridays and Saturdays.
c) Code of conduct
All customers must behave in a respectful manner towards other customers and staff. We are an exclusive venue who offer trial memberships to all that bring their ID. Those that are flagged by security will receive an automatic ban for a minimum of six months before their membership status can be reviewed. If you are flagged we are not able to negotiate on this.
d) We have a zero drugs policy and will refuse entry and give an immediate ban if anyone is caught with any drugs including cannabis.
e) We reserve the right to revoke any membership for any reason.
TICKETS
a) Members are entitled to one ticket per event.
b) All members must possess their own ticket to enter our events. Members will not be granted access without a ticket.
c) Ticket prices are programmed to increase after a certain amount of sales. TheHangout accepts no liability should you miss out on discounted tickets. This includes site issues causing delays to process your order.
d) It is prohibited to resell or give away/transfer tickets for the event.
e) Tickets must be purchased by members only. It is prohibited to purchase tickets on behalf of another member/non-member.
f) Tickets purchased/taken from unauthorised sources will be rendered invalid and admission refused. We do not sell wristbands and any purchased wristbands will be refused entry. Only wristbands issued by the event in exchange for a valid ticket are valid for entry. Destroyed wristbands will not be considered for re-entry.
g) You must always retain your Ticket on your person during the Event and present it upon request by staff at any time onsite.
h) The Aura staff will not issue duplicates for lost/stolen tickets or wristbands.
i) Tickets must be valid, presented in full. A member’s ticket name must match valid in date UK identification.
j) Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, without the prior written consent of The Aura.
k) If you have obtained a Ticket in breach of these Terms and/or if you breach any of these Terms then it shall be void, and all rights conferred on you or evidenced by such Ticket shall be void. If you seek to gain entry to an event using a void Ticket, then we reserve the right to refuse you entry to or eject you from the Event and you may be liable to legal action for trespass. If you breach any of these terms your membership will be revoked with immediate effect. Void tickets are non-refundable.
l) You may only leave and re-enter the Venue during the Event at our discretion and/or that of the Venue management. Otherwise, there will be no re-admission or pass outs of any kind.
m) Your possession of your membership constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Should a member be in breach of the conditions of their membership they risk being permanently banned from The Aura.
n) The Aura holds no liability to members if they do not receive their ticket in time for an event and will not be granted access on the door. Members who purchase a ticket and do not receive their ticket should email immediately.
o) Members who have any fraudulent claims against their ticket purchase or entering the venue without a ticket may have their memberships revoked and/or will incur a bill for their entry ticket at the maximum cost including admin charges.
MEMEBERS
a) All members must bring a valid photo ID to enter our premises. The members ID must match the name on their ticket.
b) Your possession of your membership and/or ticket constitutes your acceptance that you agree bullying and antisocial behaviour of any kind is not tolerated.
c) Members must be 18+ and provide accurate information on their application.
d) The Aura graphics, logos, page header, buttons, flyers, colours, venue and themes are in place to be respective to The Aura events. Members affiliated with external brands within likeness or likely to cause confusion to customers in any manner are at risk of having their membership ceased/revoked.
e)The Aura will use details supplied in application forms for the event. The Aura will hold your details on file and may occasionally contact you about future events, which may be of interest.
f) The Aura has the right to cease/revoke your membership at any time.
AGE POLICY
a) The Event is not suitable for young children.
b) We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18’s on site as all members must be over 18+ to apply.
c) Underage members who have provided invalid information on their application forms will be disqualified.
DAMAGE/LOSSES
a) The Aura is unable to accept any liability for personal or property damages, losses (including surrendered items) or injuries sustained at our events – other than caused as a result of our negligence.
b) We may prosecute you if you cause damage to the Venue, the Venue infrastructure, or cause harm to any other person at the Event and/or Venue.
PAYMENT
a) Payment in full must be received at the time of booking.
b) Payments must be in made in GBP.
c) Members must use their personal bank cards to purchase their ticket.
TERMINATION OF THE EVENT
a) The Aura accepts no liability if this event is cancelled, altered or postponed due to a fortuitous or unforeseen occurrence, including Act of God, government restrictions, war, terrorism, civil disorder, or any other emergency.
b) The Aura reserves the right to make changes of the time schedule or in the general plan of the Event be in the best interests of the Event.
REFUNDS
a) General tickets are non-refundable. This includes if you are anticipating non-members waiting for membership or members no longer attending.
b) Substitutions are not accepted. Refunds will not be offered for cancellations.
SECURITY
a) The Aura reserves the right to evict a customer without refund, and/or refuse admission. Please act and drink responsibly.
b) Searching is a condition of entry to the event. You may be body/bag searched at the entrances by security and detection dogs, on the site or when leaving.
c) Any item(s) reasonably considered for use as a weapon, which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person, must be surrendered to staff.
d) Any person carrying illegal items or carrying out illegal activity will be given to the Police and refused entry.
e) Anyone found in possession of illegal drugs / substances will be refused entry/ejected from site with termination of membership and may be handed over to the police. The Aura has a zero-tolerance policy to drugs.
HOUSEKEEPING
a) No animals are permitted on site.
b) If the event is outdoors, you are strongly advised to bring appropriate clothing and footwear to protect against potential inclement weather.
HEALTH & SAFETY
a) You must comply with any/all instructions given to you by us, Venue and/or Event staff and stewards.
b) Smoking is not permitted in enclosed public spaces or buildings including Arena big tops. This includes e-cigs.
c) Excessive exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing.
d) Pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting/special effects may take place during some performances.
LIABILITY
a) In no event shall The Aura be liable to the guest for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any damages whatsoever, resulting from the execution or non-execution of this agreement.
SUBCRIPTIONS
a) Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). Payments will be taken on a recurring basis subject to your payment arrangements.
BANNED ITEMS
a) Banned from event – : Aerosols over 250ml, Airhorns, Alcohol, Animals, Balloons, Barbeques and any kind of cooking apparatus, Bicycles, Blowtorches, Chairs of any sort (including stools, floor seating and shooting sticks), Drinks including bottled water, Drones, Drugs, Gas canisters, Gazebos/parasols/large (golf) umbrellas, Glass (including glass makeup or perfume bottles), Food hampers/cool bags/boxes, Fireworks, Flags on poles, Flares, Illegal substances, Items which may be regarded as weapons, Legal highs (inc Nitrous Oxide and associated equipment including balloons), Laser equipment/pens, Liquids/gels over 100ml, Megaphones, Pyrotechnics, Recording or transmitting equipment, Roller skates, Scooters, Sky or ‘chinese’ lanterns, Smoke bombs, Sound systems (including personal speakers), Spray cans, Also see General c) for details on liquids, gels and lotions.
b) Food or excessive amounts of cigarettes. Only bring enough for personal consumption which must not be smoked indoors.
c) If you have a medical condition that means you need to bring your own food or drink or medication, please bring a medical note or evidence to support this and email The Aura well in advance for an email approval from The Aura to also bring as supporting evidence.
d) Anyone resisting the surrender of disallowed items or disregarding these conditions will face eviction and membership termination. Items that are surrendered will not be returned.
e) Under 18’s are not permitted on site. A challenge 21 policy will be in place for all alcohol sales on site.
f) It is illegal for an over 18 to purchase alcohol on the behalf of under 18s.
g) Photographic and other recording equipment is permitted if it is for personal non-commercial use only. Unauthorised professional recording equipment is not permitted. In the event of any subsequent commercial use, the bearer agrees to pay the Promoter for the cost of a licence issued by the Promoter for permission to take photographs / visual / audio recordings for commercial use.
h) The use of drones or similar equipment for any reason is strictly forbidden on site without written permission from The Aura.
PARKING POLICY
There is limited on street parking available with various parking restrictions. Please check all signs before parking. On behalf of our residents and The Aura team, we ask that all our guests consider our neighbours and do not park on any drop down curbs or in front of any driveways.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
We operate in a semi residential area and ask that all our guests leave quietly and do not gather at the front of the building.

All information that is provided to The Aura is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018.
COLLECTED DATA
a) We want to ensure that you are very first to know about our next event and future events before anyone else. The Aura sends text messages to let you know and so that you can log in and purchase your tickets without any delays we have your profile on our website.
b) The Aura are protective of your data. Your data is stored in a phone messaging system and mailing system on our secure servers.
COOKIES
